At the Warren Store, we believe the age old concept that the country store, as the hub of it's community, should serve as a gathering place for locals and visitors alike, and we work hard to carry on that tradition. Luckily for us, we have a lot of fun doing doing it, too!

We’ve always been the place to exchange ideas and to swap stories, (some taller than others!), the place to eat good food in good company, and the place to sip a hot coffee before skiing, or afterwards, tired and cold. We’re also the place to buy provisions for camp, condo, or home, offering prepared and specialty foods, fresh baked goods, excellent wines, and exceptional clothing, jewelry, and gifts to meet any need.

We believe a country store should also reflect the community in which it does business, from the breadth of its diversity to the beauty, (and nuttiness), of its collective personality, and as such, we are especially proud to live and work in one of the most special communities in Vermont, the Mad River Valley. We're home to both Sugarbush and Mad River Glen, two of the best and most exciting ski areas in the east. We're home to awesome hiking and biking trails, cross country skiing, canoeing, and to breathtakingly beautiful mountain vistas. We’re home to artists and craftsmen, poets and thinkers, dreamers and schemers, and we're home to all those who stop to visit, and fall in love with the Mad River Valley.
