Refund Policy
All refunds must be made within 30 days of purchase. We will refund the credit card used at the time of purchase and the credit will be made within seven (7) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy
Orders will be processed on Tuesdays and Fridays. All orders received by noon EST on Tuesdays and Fridays will be shipped within 24 hours. Our primary delivery method is United Parcel Service (UPS) although the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) may also be used. Sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. |
