All-But-Standard Sandwiches

Served on our homemade french white or whole wheat baguette or our own sliced white or wheat bread baked fresh daily in our bakery. For orders of 20 or more sandwiches we require 24 hours notice.

We now also offer gluten-free bread from the Vermont Gluten Free Bread Company: Brown Rice Millet & Honey Oatmeal.

A variety of wraps are also available.

Turkey Tumble:
This popular sandwich is layered with Green Mountain Smoke House smoked turkey breast, Vermont’s own Cabot Creamery mild cheddar cheese, mayo, slices of firm, ripe tomato and crisp lettuce.

The Farmstand:
A vegetarian sandwich piled high with cucumbers, carrots, olives, peppers, pickles, red onions, sprouts, tomatoes, lettuce, dill havarti cheese & hummus.

Number Six:
All Natural Roast Turkey, lettuce, tomato, red onion & cranberry mayo (our secret recipe)- This is our most popular sandwich.

Hello Birdie:
Our crowd pleasing classic chicken salad piled on a sandwich loaf, with cucumbers, lettuce and tomato.

Off the Deep End:
A hearty sandwich filled with tuna salad (red onion, celery and mayo), sliced olives, dill pickles, red & green peppers, lettuce and tomato.

The Family:
Our italian sandwich made with oil and vinegar dressing, hot pepper relish, salami, capicola, provolone cheese, onions, lettuce and tomato.

The Pestopalooza:
A delicate but filling sandwich of our own basil pesto, sliced red onion, provolone cheese and tomato.

The Godzilla:
Thinly sliced rare roast beef, swiss cheese, red onion, lettuce, tomato & our own wasabi horseradish mayo.

Foxy Lady:
Thinly sliced Green Mountain Smoke House Ham, swiss, Fox Balsamic mustard, lettuce, tomato & pickles.

Smoke On The Water:
Cold smoked Scottish salmon, red onion, lettuce, tomato, capers & our own boursin.

The Big Easy:
Cajun meatloaf sandwich made with Kenyon’s (a local Waitsfield VT farm) beef, lettuce, tomato, Vermont cheddar and our homemade spicy aioli.
