Holiday Happenings

December is a special month for us. Everyone is preparing for skiing, the holidays, the winter, fixing their cars- all at once. It’s like a big bag of tangled up Christmas lights that need to be separated. Let us be the ones to unravel your busy schedules. We thrive in holiday multitasking and we can help you with all of your holiday parties and shopping. Whether it be a special Champagne for Christmas  Day (and all sparkling wine will be 15% off from December 24th- December 31st) or special holiday catering from our deli or desserts from the bakery, we can eliminate your stress and add to all of your holiday celebrating.

“I stopped believing in Santa Claus when I was 6. My mother took me to see him at a department store and he asked for my autograph.”
-Shirley Temple

And from the Morestore, Lori wants to remind you that this Holiday season we are ready for you and your gift giving needs with plenty of candles, fun flower sack dishtowels, Cool Snow Globes and beautiful real maple leaf ornaments dipped in copper.  We have Laura Zindel Pottery from Guilford, Vermont: mugs, pitchers, pie plates, and ornaments. Also, Tabbatha Henry luminaries from Waterbury, Vermont. There are always hats, gloves, mittens and scarves for all. Our featured artist this month is Allyson Biondo with her “must have” stained glass earrings and jewelry, you know the ones; “Everyone” is wearing them!” Shop for your holiday outfits and gifts for all the men and women on your list.  And remember, we offer complimentary gift wrapping for all your store purchases.

Our hours throughout December are 7:45-6 and we’ll be open on Christmas Eve from 7:45-5. We will be closed on Christmas Day and regular hours on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

We wish all of you out there a wonderful holiday season.
